Enjoy the Hale Akua Eco-Retreat

Situated on the slopes of Haleakala, Maui’s dormant volcano, the Hale Akua Garden Farm and Eco Retreat Center overlooks thirty miles of untouched Hawaiian jungle coastline. It is bathed in ocean tradewinds and negative ions from the 150-foot waterfall just below the property. The air is clear and the night sky glitters with numberless stars. 

Enjoy swimming in the 60-foot solar-heated, salt water pool, soaking in the hot tub, and relaxing in the infrared sauna. As a certified organic farm, Hale Akua is committed to maintaining an herbicide and pesticide-free environment, using only eco-friendly cleaning products in the dwellings, pools and hot tubs. 

The Hale Akua staff will teach a 90-minute class titled, “Introduction to Organic Gardening and Permaculture,” which includes a tour of the organic farm. Topics to be covered are soil health, sustainable methods of growing different fruits and vegetables, effective and indigenous microorganisms, composting, basic pest control, and water management.

Explore Maui

Isolated in the mid-Pacific, the Hawaiian Islands are the most remote major island group on Earth. We will see the treasures of Maui, including traveling the famous road to Hana, which winds past taro patches, magnificent seascapes, waterfall pools, botanical gardens and verdant rainforests. We will visit the stark volcanic landscapes and subtropical rain forest of the dormant Haleakala Volcano where the rare and beautiful Silversword plant grows. And there will be opportunities to visit the beautiful beaches and other highlights of the island.  

Reestablish Inner and Outer Peace

A seminal event for the reestablishment of a greater aspect of planetary peace than has been known for decades, our vigil includes at least three HeartStreams that will be chanted, and we will all engage in mystical chanting, You could call them “Lemurian bhajans!” Through our prayers and meditations, an Elohimic vibratory field will permeate the Pacific Ocean, extending into the atmosphere, our own inner space and on into cosmic space.
