Thoughts of “What will they/he/she say to me, think of me, do to me, when I speak and/or act from my heart?” precede what I say and/or do.
Conscious awareness makes me alert to my thoughts and Conscious Language gives me tools to change my communication to effective choices.
I was pleasantly entertained when I read Robert Stevens’ words on page 88: “Instead of being politically correct, be powerfully direct” and I ask myself, “What prevents people from being powerfully direct?” The answer to this question came a few hours later when my husband came home from work and expressed his frustration over his opportunity to interview a potential colleague. Not understanding his frustration I asked “What prevents you from rejoicing in your opportunity to ask him questions?”. He answered, “I can’t even ask if he has a family and/or children.” When he saw my puzzled face he added that the CEO of the hospital had send him a document with the title “Legal Consideration in Hiring”. I asked him to send me that document so I could have an exercise in finding the Domains of Ineffective Choices and/or Absolutes!
Before the “Do’s” and Don’t’s”, I found that the first two keys to “Legally Defensible Interviews” read: ask only job related questions and treat all applicants equally.
This document awakens the reader’s fear by pointing out the potential consequences if the “do’s” and “don’t’s” are not followed.
Conscious language awakens in me the awareness that I have a choice; being fearful is a choice and I am responsible for making the choice to be fearful. With that in mind I choose to BE fearless with a purity of mind and heart.
The second part of Omraam's daily meditation of Jan. 19 encourages me sticking with this choice ("...Heaven does not appreciate the fearful, because they are like cracked jugs that don’t hold anything: when faced with difficulties, without obstacles, they forget their beliefs and are capable of the greatest cowardice. Heaven seeks audacious, fearless beings who, once they have encountered the light, place themselves in its service and face every obstacle they may encounter, both from outside and from within.")
I see that in a Golden Age, authority OVER people is replaced by authority WITH people and that the language with its strategies based on instilling fear, is transformed by the language of Alchemy/Love. Are these the “New Blue” energies???
I also believe that many individual and collective painbodies are triggered when choices are made to shift this paradigm.
Conscious awareness/language by BOTH the person in authority AND the person serving with (under) the authority is vital for this paradigm shift to occur.
Let's make this paradigm shift happen in our HC Community and let our actions be fueled by love & joy instead of avoiding punishment or receiving rewards and approval/appreciation.....Be powerfully direct by being FEARLESS!
