Sprout white wheat berries until they have small tails(or other types of wheat, rye etc). Put 2 cups of berries in a quart jar then rinse and drain. Soak in water overnight drain in the morning and rinse 2-3x a day until ready they have small tails. Put in the blender, cover with water (or more water so it isn't too thick) and blend for 10 seconds just to break apart.(I use a Vitamixer) Place in gallon jar and add water to top. Put 3 layers of cheese cloth on top with a rubber band. When it smells like lemonade...in about 3 to 5 days...possibly less if it is summer or in a warm area. Pour the liquid off and into jars to store in fridge. Some people drink 1 quart a day and it is best to start with smaller amounts. Listen to what your body needs. Enjoy!
