Hi Wayne, Did you ever receive the other months' virtues from Ivanka? I'd be interested to know what they were... and Claire may also. Blessings! Although I'm attempting to stay away from most forms of wheat (which has also allowed me to lose weight), this is the one "wheat diet" I can sanction! Mona and I both love it and find that we're "filled up" while also cleansing from within. Praise God for the Master Duenov and all his wisdom teachings! They are so beautiful and profound!
