Hi all,

The sky maps in the magazine can be used outside. The maps usually have the 4 compass directions marked, for easy reference and once you line up the northern part of the map, for example, by facing north; or south as the case may suggest, then you can see the star, for real. I hope your weather and specific environmental conditions will allow you to have a relatively unobstructed view of your local sky. The images on the computer are swell and are an aid to locating the real thing once you're outside. Happy viewing.
