I loved this mornings daily meditation about consecrating the sunrise, the waxing of the moon, and the birth of spring. It led to this: "These three examples of consecrating Nature can be extended to every cycle and phenomena of Nature and to the cycles and actions in your daily life. When you turn on the light in the morning, pray that the Light of God that always prevails removes the darkness of the astral plane that may be lingering from your dream consciousness. When you take your morning shower, pray that the violet fire cleanse and invigorate you. When you greet your loved ones with a gesture, look, or touch, pray that it transmit God's love as well as your own. When you bless your breakfast, say this prayer: [from a meditation in 2007] O all-mighty, all-knowing, all-loving God, thou ineffable Light of the Sun within the sun, I adore and welcome the Light which floods all the earth and blesses its creatures. Bless this food and drink now. Enter into it and suffuse it with your Light of life. Make it holy, for thou art holy, and, by consuming it, we will become holy like thee. I thank thee, O God for hearing my prayer. I thank thee for your Light of wisdom and Warmth of love. I thank thee for the bounty of which we are about to partake. In this way, you will consecrate your life and make it holy. This is the meaning of the saying: 'Pray without ceasing.'"
