There are rituals established for reclaiming lost soul parts which I know of and have participated in. The ideas and visuals you read in this piece are simply what I observe with my inner vision while I'm in this space of maha-forgiveness. I didn't think it up mentally--it's what I experience.

Lauren is a friend of a friend of mine. My friend brought the Ho'oponopono song to a Hearts Center conference and we played it for the group in attendance. It was very moving for everyone and since then we've received permission from Lauren to use her songs in our sacred group prayer sessions. For me, Lauren's songs are mystical, powerful, Aquarian-Age prayers.
