Hi Kathleen! My understanding is that the "fearlessness flame" is something the masters refer to for us to us when we require boldness and a freedom from fearlessness; and it is something that Ray-o-Light in particular is good at gifting us - just as Saint Germain is good at gifting us with the violet flame when we want to see something transmuted. I should have remembered to look it up in the search engine, especially since I actually transcribed a couple of these files personally, LOL. Truth to tell, I didn't remember hearing it before now.
