"If you can't feel it, you can't heal it." A catchy phrase which stuck with me. 2 days ago I hit the top or my wrist really hard and a large painful lump appeared, it turned blue and it hurt to move my hand. The pain went on for over a day. As I was sitting quietly last night a message came to me as I was looking at my blue swollen wrist. The message was "kiss it". So I did. Three kisses later and my wrist was healed. What occurred to me was: Love heals all wounds.
