The supplement suggestion is good - but even better is to get more specific with each one. For instance, if you go to Anthony William's website or find him on facebook or sign up to receive his emails, you will learn more about which kind of B-12 , Omega 3, vit D3, minerals, etc. to take for best absorption. Better yet, read his books to find out when to take your supplements, the best forms to purchase, how to eat so you don't require so many supplements, and much more!
