the first sensation or feeling that comes when i have done the Lap exercise is one of nurturing and caring especially holding a child or children...lovely. I appreciated the understanding of the mind being a place of holding and that it "holds" thoughts and also can let them go, rather than the other way around...thoughts holding me or the mind
i appreciated the feeling sense that was created in and around me with the emotional step of holding with the ideas of "newness of life" and "creation of life" ifelt a sense if space. In the Spiritual step I felt the natural "stance" of receptivity and acceptance as well as centerdness and compassion that comes with stillness and seated meditation or blessing. thankyou for these exercises Mona especially that you made them available audibly.
