0 Replies and 2109 Views The exercises are leading up to solar alchemy  2109  0 Started by  Wayne I think I may have mentioned this in the first class, but it bears repeating. The assignments in classes 1-5 that require people to do exercises such as palming, visualization, and meditation are not just for your healing. They are steps in preparation for the alchemical ritual of the sun in class 6. The color visualization is probably the most important and the meditation we will learn next Sunday is also important.
