• Providing each moment with mindfulness elicits right decision and right action.
• Trust in each opportunity you are presented to use your inner resources of wisdom to heal the infirm, to teach the ignorant and to create new beauty.
• Morya has been a student par excellence and an even greater teacher.
• Each breath may be your experience of God’s beautiful rendering of presence to life.
• Mindful presence animates the sacred space within and around you with joy.
• It is propitious to increase your awareness of suffering in order to first alleviate it and then to erase it through mindful emanations.

eloved Manjushri came this morning with the second in his series.. He said that, “the essence of Buddhahood arises from the lotus of love within our heart(s). And truly when we live from and within the vibration of inner contact with Presence, our awakened consciousness sings of God’s great desire to know all within the life of all created beings.”

• The essence of Buddhahood is mindful heart-centeredness.
• Initiate a truce with the lesser self. Struggle not within the context of duality and embrace the peace of the Presence.
• Close the revolving door of dwelling on past interplay with the shadow self.
• Forensic evidence is in: You are Buddha’s offspring!
• Identifying and knowing the center point of being must be your daily spiritual practice.
• Rehearse your new mindful awakening before you retire.
• Relish the feeling of soul cleanliness within your core essence of godliness.
• Realize the vision of your Higher Self though playful Buddha magic.

            Beloved Manjushri came this morning offering his Buddhic attainment to each one “who ascertains the seed of light within and the transcendental nature of wakefulness within the One.” He is preparing us for the coming once again of the Kali Mother during this six week period of Meru University which she begins teaching tonight. Speaking of the “waves of cosmic peace” that flow through the mind emanations of each Buddha, he asks, “Will you join us in this endeavor of light? Will you begin today to enter the understanding of Oneness in being?”
            Below is a sample of the Mindfulness Moments that Manjushri shared this morning. As we take these into our innermost being we can hear his words as he initiates this spiral of light, “Take them; meditate upon beingness within you even as you unwrap the seed of light within each word and the Word within each syllable.” Listen to the replay.

• Entrain your mind with mine.
• Release the conception of individuality within duality.
• Inculcate within your soul the stirrings of the Oversoul’s radiance.
• Invite legions of devic mindfulness to increase your ability to cognize within the Mind of all Buddhas.
• Transcendent happiness is the result of practicing and perfecting mindful meditation.
• Formulas of forgetfulness must be forever forsaken.
• Truth is relative and co-relational within the human realm but superlative and universal within the divine realm.
• Mindful musings with Maitreya help to anchor his clipper ship where you are.

           “I am Kuan Yin and I come with a retinue of ascended bodhisattvas to anchor greater light within this sacred space for the fulfillment of the mission.... For unless greater numbers among mankind know and understand the essential nature of light that flows from the wellspring of life within their own being, then this earth cannot be fully raised into the golden crystal age that ye seek.”  
           “Dear Ones, Hope the Archeia has come this day to also grace this retreat with her presence. For some think that the die is cast and that there is no longer hope for the fulfillment of all that the Blessed Mother has called forth here.  So she places a very physical and tangible manifestation of the light of Hope so that... all may be fulfilled, heart, head and hand, through your holy efforts.”
           “I am your bodhisattva of mercy and compassion and I seal you for your greater mission which begins today. Yes, it begins anew in the here and now within your heart.” Kuan Yin’s HeartStream contains a sprinkling of “essences of divine mercy light” for our chakras and auras and many other valuable keys for our work of making the Wellspring Retreat for Mother Mary a physical reality. She announced that Mother Mary was giving a special invitation to everyone in the area to come to the Sunday Family Service. Listen to the replay of the early morning rosary service.

           Tender as always, yet with unmistakable solemnity, Mother Mary came as promised to speak to those who gathered for the Sunday Family Service. Her topic was the Wellspring property, which she said that she had set aside long ago for the holy purpose of being an oasis of light, of healing and wholeness for many. At the same time she was addressing the preparedness of consciousness for a greater action of Presence in order to fulfill the inner mandate of our soul and spirit.  Some of her thoughts and words are expressed here, beginning with her concluding statement:

• I seal you in the light of holy love, holy wisdom, and holy power to become the totality of your God-reality now.

• When you attempt in any way in anything in your life to look outside of yourself and say that this or that individual has been the block to my fulfillment of my destiny...it is a compromise of the individuality of God ensconced right within your being. The adept takes full and total accountability and responsibility for that to which he or she was sent to fulfill in this earth.

• Every compromise that you make with divine principles has a rippling effect upon the world itself. But every trait of the divine that you accept within your being, that you ingest and assimilate fully, becomes also a stepping stone for your full attainment of the beauty, the grace and the blessedness of higher awareness.

•  If you see something that is not in alignment with your true vision, then look within, meditate and partake in communion with me of the higher essences of the spirit, working on them at the deep core level, even of your subconscious to clear patterns, matrices and blocks. This time of inner communion is one where you may discern with my angels and me the higher road to walk on your path home to the heart of God.

•  I suggest that each of you take time in holy meditation after this service to discern what it is that you will offer upon the altar of humanity in terms of sacrifice, surrender, selflessness and service to bring about the fulfillment of this our joint assignment from the Lords of Karma and from cosmic councils. Every Particle of your Being is Composed of Light

            “To understand the nature of God you must understand the nature of Light. For you are God and you are light...and as you accept this reality then God may be where you are here and now—fully.” Thus the discoursing began this morning. Our work was to understand the white light of the mother manifesting on behalf of the father through our chakras...to see that our goal is to conceive, believe and achieve the reality of light energy within us such that our outer work merges into this inner work and ultimately we merge into oneness in the center of beingness, the one light of perfectionment in God. “If enough awaken to who they truly are, then we will have a golden age. It takes many conscious ones to accept this reality....”
           The practical work of the morning session was to meditate upon the retreat and essence of the Elohim Purity and Astrea and to take that light and aura of perfection into the conditions of seeming imperfection manifest in the brutality of one nation against another nation and her wholly innocent people.  We were reminded that many of us “have come lifetime after lifetime to defend freedom, integrity and the precepts of the ascended masters.” So we must arise first within ourselves to be the counterpoints against such brutality in the world. We pray with intention and then release it knowing that God is the doer. “The angels are masterful ones,” and we can ask them to use our chakras and our auras 24/7. They can take the energies we give them and utilize all the quintessences of the spirit to “move mountains.”
          “When you identify with light and you begin to feel the surging through you of this cosmic electricity of your divine radiance...all is clarified for you. You know your mission...and you know what you must do.” At times we need a thrust of light through the white ray, through the circle and sword to direct the coursing of our mission.              In commemoration of the August 15th ascension day of the Mother of Jesus, a few heartfriends poured out their love and gratitude in special ways. Lisa Delaney presented a new focus of Jar-El-Um that she had recently completed. With input from David Lewis and Tom and Celeste Miller, she created a first-ever representation of this master who protects the family and has a special role of supporting and comforting newborn babies and their new mothers. Nancy Mueller sang a song that she wrote with the descriptive title “In the Arms of My Mother Divine.” It so beautifully expresses the comfort, peace and hope she has received from the Mother as she “...traveled life’s road, with its byways and storms.”

         Another song was sung for us by Maria Min: “Guardian Angel from Heaven So Bright.” The voice of the child was strong in this song and in that same childlike humility and simplicity, she also presented a slide show depicting the sights and sounds of her thirty plus years growing up in Holland. Her life was filled with daily prayers and singing and regular pilgrimages both long and short to churches and statues in honor of Mary and her miracles. Her parents led the way and the slide show was also created to honor and express her gratitude to them. Strengthening our love for Mother Mary was the real gift to all of us through her presentation. The slide show will remain on the homepage for a few more days.            This Sunday’s Family Service, broadcast through the Detroit Hearts Center, was a replay of the concluding service for A New Spiral of Freedom for Scandinavia. Spirits and hopes were high as the event’s final discourse by the Great Divine Director was first on the program after the morning devotions. European heartfriends in attendance posed questions, heard answers  and offered comments.  Then there was a musical meditation for the HeartStream from the Great Divine Director who spoke encouraging words of “self-elevation in the One” and expressed profound gratitude to those who had come to the event. Mighty Victory stepped in suddenly to place a V in their hands as a tangible reality of the imminent victory of their souls “empowered” now to “rise on wings of fire.”

• Let the understandings you receive play upon the instrument of your soul, sharing with others and remembering always that you are not the doer.

•  When you enter the spiral of freedom then you are free to evolve and unfold naturally like a flower.

•  Though you trip in the human, don’t condemn yourself or anyone else. Just re-center in the Presence, forgive all and go on learning.

•  Put on Archangel Michael’s boots and walk with El Morya for a while to learn of the power and protection of the blue lightning moving through you.

•  Join the Great Divine Director as he gives his mantra, “Raise the earth in sacred fire!”

t was in the quiet words, the stillness and the light of the great Buddha, Padma Sambhava, that we were enfolded during this morning’s devotional service. To get merely a glimpse of the words of love, of wisdom and tenderness with which he came, these gems are selected for you:

• Train your thoughts on the star of your divine appearing here. Travel on the ray of that thought to penetrate the core of being.
• Trust fully in the divine embrace that I offer even as our hearts entrained as one beat anew.
• To a fault many of you have striven for perfection. Yet do not grasp but allow that perfection to be where you are.
• Anticipation of the divine experience does not necessarily bring it about. But smiling in the joy of the Buddha’s laugh, all comes to you. All resonates within as you get the cosmic joke of beingness.
• Consider the consequences of every thought projection, of every stirring of feeling within your body and know, O soul, in full compliance with the law of selfhood you may rise again with us to know love, only love.

            This morning the masters K-17 and the God of Gold conducted a tremendously valuable and informative darshan offering great assistance in the challenging times in which we live. We hope to have the replay of this darshan available soon on our site. Here are a few of their many suggestions:

• Do not underestimate the power of your calls to Cyclopea, the God of Gold, K-17 and Fortuna to shore up the economy in general and your own personal economy in specific.
• Plan for eventualities as you project into the future what your needs will be and apportion your resources accordingly.
• Keep a positive focus and looking forward, focusing at least 80% of your time and energy on your vision with no more than 20% on the past, on conspiracies and the shadow worlds.
• Avoid eating genetically modified food and do not use microwaves. Consider placing devices for neutralizing the electronic rays from electronic equipment.
• Most important—bless and charge your food with light and live in joy!

The Ascended Masters are Those who have 
Unlocked the Secret of Life

ith that unique solemnity and singular focus so characteristic of the chohan of purity’s light, Serapis Bey addressed on this Friday morning what he called the “sorry state of being” of those who would decry the very name of Morya or Saint Germain or of any ascended master. If these masters are, as some have said, “a figment of the imagination of the spiritual seeker,” where does the energy of anyone go who has passed from the screen of life? Since energy is neither created nor destroyed, where does that essence of an individual manifest? He offered us much food for thought on these questions, but most importantly he pointed out that what one denies in another, namely the essence of the masterful God Presence, is also denied within themselves. “It is the law of being.”
