HOMEWORK FOR WEEKS 5 and 6 (September 12 and 19, 2010) * O Bard thy Heart Streams Forth ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- O Bard thy heart streams forth O Bard thy heart streams forth this age in thrust And pours forth shafts of Light for dawning day! With magic cloak and wand in hand you must, As Prospero, employ your magic ray. O Francis shake your living spear of Truth And to your highest love, Sophia, hear, In mirth and sighs, goodbyes, the plays of youth, The parts, the place and time, the chosen year. When Nature's drama, Tempest, starts the scene And souls caught up in Light with innocent sight, And highest forms of everyday life we gleam, O wherefrom comes this wonder stream delight? What state to hold, what beauty fair and living! Please come and note, this door is named forgiving! Ronald Dubrawsky
