"Now my charms are all o'erthrown, And what strength I have 's mine own, Which is most faint. Now tis true I must be here confined by you, Or sent to Naples. Let me not, Since I have my dukedom got And pardoned the deceiver, dwell In this bare island by your spell, But release me from my bands With the help of your good hands. Gentle breath of yours my sails Must fill, or else my project fails, Which was to please, Now I want Spirits to enforce, art to enchant, And my ending is despair, Unless I be relieved by prayer, Which pierces so that it assaults Mercy itself, and frees all faults. As you from crimes would pardoned be, Let your indulgence set me free." Prospero This last passage from the play seems so profound, and appears to be a convesation that an adept is having with his/her Mighty I AM PRESENCE. There is a sense of sincerity from the soul, professing love, gratitude, and asking for forgiveness. All of one's errors and triumps are being laid bare upon the alter of self for review and consideration. This oration is placing the character totally into the hands of their creator. Looking toward the ultimate reunion, by grace and mercy. Accepting and praying the winds of the holy spirit will carry the soul on wings of light. Awaiting the crowing glory of total victory and freedom. The lesson gained for my own quest and journey toward adeptship; is complete and utter surrender unto My own Mighty I AM Presence. No matter what my history, just keep moving on this path. Never give up! Hope is still eternal!
