    Week Two Class

Messenger's Comments: "The Master has some questions. Prospero imprisoned Ariel (part of his mind). He has to free him through forgiveness."

Week Two Question (From Saint Germain):

"CONSIDER WITHIN YOUR OWN BEING, AS YOU READ THE PLAY, PORTIONS OF YOUR OWN MIND THAT YOU HAVE IMPRISONED AND HOW YOU CAN USE THE HIGHER MIND TO FREE THEM?"

I am just reading this now. The question from Saint Germain as
to how one may use the Higher Mind to free those portions of the mind that we have imprisoned. Does this have to do with analysis and then self forgiveness? I don't know. I would welcome some discussion on this.

I am currently reading 'A New Earth-Awakening to Your Life's Purpose' by Eckhart Tolle. I would like to mention a quote from the book: "Most people are so completely identified with the voice in the head-the incessant stream of involuntary and compulsive thinking and the emotions that accompany it-that we may describe them as being possessed by their mind. As long as you are completely unaware of this, you take the thinker to be who you are. This is the egoic mind. We call it egoic because there is a sense of self, of I (ego), in every thought-every memory....". Your thinking, the content of your mind, is of course conditioned by the past: your upbringing, culture, family background, and so on. The central core of all your mind activity consists of certain repetitive and persistent thoughts, emotions, and reactive patterns that you identify with most strongly. This entity is the ego itself."

I understand now that by being aware, conscious and loving yourself and all life, you free yourself to be. As we focus our attention, thoughts, heart and soul on our MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE, we give less and less attention to the demanding ego mind and free it to go back to the creator for recalibration. We can see the I AM PRESENCE as that Higher Mind. This love and awareness of our Presence frees the ego-mind and allows the higher mind to blossom as a flower looking up to the sun with the kiss of dew on its petals.
