Remember, this is an optional assignment. And I would advise anyone with a health condition such as diabetes to first consult with their doctor before trying it. In the first slide with the three circles, it says that the external circle is the first one - the worldly one, and that the second (at the points) are the spiritual one. But at the next slide it says that the first circle (the worldly) is at the points of the Pentagram and the second is the external one. Which one is correct Or did I misinterpet something I understand the stages, it´s where the circles are, that is confusing. I would...
