If my body and higher self resonates with the teachings, I accept it and believe it to be true. If it doesn´t, and leaves me with a feeling of scepticism and distrust, I reject it. 3 Replies and 5528 Views Wheat Diet and Starting a Living Community  5528  3 Started by  Britt-Marie P I choose to work on number 6; “I am constant and one-pointed in my striving”. I began fasting already March 21st on the wheat-diet. It was good in the beginning. After 2 hours my stomach began to blow up, so I quit for lunch and was wondering if there was any more instructions than soaking wheat So next day I ate as usual and today the 23rd, I decided to give it another try and mixed all ingredients after grating the apple. And it is wonderful this evening...

0 Replies and 2423 Views I Am a Doer  2423  0 Started by  friend I choose 'I am a doer........Do the inner work while doing the outer work.' I liked the example of the monk cleaning the floor as he was spiritually purifying himself. My work is teaching children how to become better readers. I am often frustrated that my students don't do their independent reading homework. Recently, I realized that I haven't been doing all of my homework either. Maybe if I discipline myself to do my Meru homework my students will in turn do more of their homework!
