It was well worth it. I read the first meditation in the Sunrise Meditation ebook. Then I looked at Master Omraam's photo and asked him to inspire me with a deeper meaning. BTW, if you have any questions, either call me at 623-302-3227 or email me at wpurdingmail.com. Q - Is it okay to wear contacts while sungazing A - Contacts are fine as long as they are without UV protection. The same is true of glasses and windows.
