Instead of wondering where the line is between self love and selfishness, I choose to upgrade my consciousness and see no connection between the two. When I meditate on self love, I feel peaceful, balanced, loving. Nancy

I am so excited about this class and choose to practice my upgraded language skills each time I remember and am reminded by my Presence. I am correcting myself as I become aware of what I am saying and choose to change my statements to create positively.
