I spoke about getting 'sloppy' and a little bit rebellious about my spiritual disciplines. My Heart started to have a very fast irregular heart beat and I went to some trouble to have it medically corrected. At one point I was able to see that the erratic Heart beat started when I became 'erratic' in my lack of care with my previously well practiced spirit...
