What is special about 6 AM for me is, the peace and quiet of the early morning, most days here in San Diego are over cast and I don't see the sun but it is dawn and life in the element s is beginning to stir, this morning when I went out on my patio the roses were this vivid red color and just beginning to open. A hummingbird flew over to where I was standing and hovered about my head sizing me up, it was precious, There was no noise all was still, no breeze just the quiet of early morning with nature as my companion. If I were to get down and listen at the floor of the garden, there would be the hustle and bustle of life. Nature gets along with every other creature they all have there jobs to do to keep harmony and balance with each other and with mother earth. When I am out there it is as if I get a rush just being amongst the creatures that live in my backyard. Mother is alive and well, father sun is present to bless the handiwork of the mother. I see the Golden age appearing as I sit amongst the elementals of earth.

The 6:00 am hour each morning is a new opportunity to greet
the light of the mother in raising that light as expressed
in the heartstream " through the continuous stream of radiant
energy that may be yours for the asking before or during the
rising of the sun. Each day is representative of your
complete merging with your source."

I have adopted the early hours of the morning for meditation
and the stilling of my mind to attune to higher worlds. This
pattern has become very supportive to my daily walk. I feast
upon engrams of light, I may receive in these precious times.
Sungazing and prayer work are also a part of my morning
schedule.

As I grow in graces I receive, they extend to all who are a
part of my world.

When we commune with God at this time and we merge with our Source, we can obtain a greater understanding of what our purpose is for today. Our Divine Self is inspired to create our "To Do List" and as we act on these inner promptings, we are blessed. We can receive all God's graces to help us in our personal and collective goals for creating spaces of love everywhere throughout cosmos and in our own backyard!

Dear Carol, I am glad that you were able to respond so quickly to the question so simply. The great potential which we have is designated each rising sun, which we see as an eternal reminder that , just as we can count on the sun to rise and set each 24 period, so we too have yet another opportunity to shine a little more in our personal acts of devotion. this can be simply merely arising to appreciate the beautiful panorama of colors splayed across the dawning skies, or as Ma said sing the songs of the free soul, to dance with the fairies and elementals, in our wildest joy and laugheter.

I love that image, tho oft my physical body says nay to being cheated out of a much needed rest. I want to get up at six, but often the rigors of the previous day leave a toll upon my cells which say not yet, oh soul, for ye have tested us with your nightly repetitions of vigils and prayers in answer to the masters' request for calls to save souls in distress, or to weave a garment of light to overshine the distressed masses!

sometimes I am awakened early in time to greet ol sol, and I really appreciate that opportunity to say Hi! to absorb the radiation through squinty eyes. thanks Vesta for your loving patience in allowing us the great sight of the golden yellow rays in the morning, and again for the mother light to leave beautiful skies of variegated colors as the sun sets each day.
