I believe that anyone can take certain steps and experience this samadhi of "blending with the ONE"

What I've found to be the shortest route is to train oneself through regular meditation practice to:

    1. Be Still
    2. Harmless
    3. Surrender

Stillness is necessary because any "busyness" of thought or squirming of the physical or emotional parts of us is antithetical to the expansion of the auric awareness to include ever larger portions of the ONE. When we are truly still it is possible to gaze upon the bright light of the threefold flame to the point that it blazes to Sun-like brightness, cleansing our motives, thoughts and desires and allows the beginning of the expansion of the aura.

Harmless is the state of "no personal agenda" for any other part of life. When we emanate as the Sun emanates, "shining upon both the just and the unjust" simply because it pleases us to do so we can be in a state where consciously dwelling in a shared experience with perhaps many, many other lifestreams does not include the possibility of our introducing our own negative human concepts into this stream of greatly expanded influence that we are privy to when in this state.

Surrendering to the higher self consciously, minute by minute, over and over for months and years and seeing and accepting the installation of that bright, larger, higher self into our being and surrendering all of our time and personal free-will to that higher will of the divine monad sets up a state whereby the conscious, outer awareness can share in the thoughts and experiences of the three higher, spirit bodies.

From there, it's simply a matter of acknowleging the oneness of individual expressions of the God-flame--placing ones attention upon ever larger numbers of these expressions (people, life, matter) of that God-flame, expanding the aura by feeling the oneness of the ONE which is and blending oneself into this sea of awareness by an act of will. It is a profound feeling and vision of un-partitioned unity when you're in it.

It's a matter of practice and personal choice as far as how much of life one can include in this experience. Early on for me I naturally followed a human tendency to "think small" and limit myself to a handful of people and wildlife and matter in my vicinity. Later it became evident that expanding this action to include a city, a state, a continent, a planet or many planets was a simple act of ceasing to doubt and staying with the meditation long enough for my auric awareness to expand to include much greater portions of life.
