I choose to work on number 6; “I am constant and one-pointed in my striving”.

I began fasting already March 21st on the wheat-diet. It was good in the beginning. After 2 hours my stomach began to blow up, so I quit for lunch and was wondering if there was any more instructions than soaking wheat?

So next day I ate as usual and today the 23rd, I decided to give it another try and mixed all ingredients after grating the apple. And it is wonderful this evening. I am not hungry and I feel something is happening in every cell, hoping it is cleansing and purifying.

Now I have seen Peter Deunov´s description and will follow it tomorrow.

I choose during this 6 weeks to focus on starting golden age community living, gathering all who have the same longing. Discussing: where, how, when, and making a special forum for the discussions and making plans to start as soon as possible. You are all welcome with your hearts desire on this topic.

    Blessings

    Britt-Marie,

Keep us updated on your fast. I think two important things are chewing the food well and drinking lots of hot water. Did you want a special forum as one of the Hearts Center forums? If so, I can help.

Since I test sensitive to wheat (wheat and sugar are the only foods I test sensitive to) I am wondering whether there is something I can substitute?

I don't do well on grains in general and was told to avoid them by the ayurvedic consultant we had in India. I tried a rice fast years ago when Mother suggested it and got very spacey right away, so I stopped. I used to do water fasts occasionally and did OK.

    Patricia,

Try millet. It's alkaline and has more complete protein.
