Purity is the virtue I desire to more fully embody and desire to work on during this course.

To reach my goal, I am beginning by participating in Peter Denov's 10 day wheat diet.

In my meditation this morning, I received from our Beloved Master Peter Denov the following.

"Be ever mindful to be centered, open to all occuring in
your world and receptive to directives coming your way. As we take this higher road leading to our greatest victory, we come to face many details of our lives which may "loom" before us for a greater purification to occur. As we encounter such, we remain centered within our being knowing that even this crude manifestation, which we did create, is God and is now available to be transmuted into higher forms of light.
In this way, we come to see God more and more in every
particle of life, every atom, electron and in all of life upon earth..

As you observe such within your being, completely surrender them to God, blessing, loving, observing
this substance and now grateful for the opportunity
to see it requalified into light.

As we do this in a more conscious way, we connect more
fully to our own being seeing it more and more as just
a part of the greater "oneness" of all life bringing
a greater compassion to all upon earth and those who thus far have not reached this far in their understanding.

I bring this morsel to you today to further contemplate
digest and make it yours to your greater enlightment and
participation both in your class and outer world."

    Doreen,

I was thinking of adding purity as an 11th virtue. It is emphasized in the textbook. Fasting and the wheat diet are ways to purify the body. There are other techniques of purification that involve the mind and emotions. We'll be talking about them and practicing them later in the course. Thanks for sharing your inspiration from Master Peter Deunov.

Can I use purity for this assignment or do I require
choosing a subject from your list?

You can choose Purity. I'm going to add honesty as the 12th virtue. So people can choose that too.
