Hi fellow students and heartfriends. I request feedback on how anyone may have successfully used Conscious Language during a healing crisis. Here's the situation: about a week ago a problem with a spinal disc in my lower back caused the soft tissues in my left hip to go into spasm creating intense pain in my left SI joint, left hip and down my left leg (nerve root irritation caused by overlying tissues in spasm. Any movement has been difficult and the pain has been intense even without movement.

I pondered how I might use Conscious Language and worked with a few statements. For example, "I require the full function, health and optimum flexibility and support of the muscles, ligaments, tendons, bones, joints and nerves in my lower back and pelvic girdle." and "My musculoskeletal structure and nervous system are healthy and functioning at their optimum levels." The challenge was how to put the necessary positive feeling into the Conscious statements when the intense pain I was experiencing at the moment was causing me to feel otherwise.

Further, while working on other manifestations using Neville's technique and feeling the intense pain in my body, I wondered if this would create a permanent association between the desired manifestation and the pain. Would pain then be part of the "assumption" and the desired manifestation would bring the feeling of back pain along with it? Is it best to work on manifestations only when we can fully manifest the desired feelings associated with the manifestation? In other words, will negative feelings (pain) in the forefront of my current consciousness either destroy the precipitation or link the two together so that both would be precipitated together in the future?

    Your thoughts???

Cold Laser therapy might help the physical part. Call some local chiropractors and see who offers cold laser services.
There is often an emotional reason we are having pain in our backs. A B.E.S.T. (Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique) chiropractor can help pin point and release the emotional cause behind the pain. You can then create upgrade statements based on the feedback you get from the B.E.S.T. chiropractor.

    Some Conscious Language Suggestions

Now that my spinal disc and left hip are healed and I am feeling great, what is new and different in my life? (Answer that question). Your CL statements sound right on. Keep creating them as if you are already healed.

You might try some EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Google EFT Techniques if you aren't familiar with it.. Tapping.com has a young man that can lead you through the technique. You could go on YouTube and search for "EFT pain relief". EFT is sort of like pulling up a word document and editing it. You have to pull it up on your computer and look at it to edit it. You can also use Conscious Language after you have released the negatives.

This EFT video shows how to release the memory of the original injury. I watched this and it is really powerful.

I am voting for your complete healing Victory!!

Have you considered crafting a Concious Language statement invoking the all-seeing eye of God and the violet laser light to expose and dissolve the root cause(s) of the spasms and the pain?

I have discovered that physical ailments can be rooted in karmic situations that took place thousands of years ago, and outwardly unrelated to current circumstances. Let the pain tell you its story, and then tranmute it. Keep working at it until you're sure it's gone. Some problems take cycles to solve.

Also, for spasms, coral calcium and fennel seed can bring relief.
