I studied the Cosmic Clock many years ago at S.U. I have worked with it and other astrological systems and found that one can see into the future when it is applied correctly. The biggest gift of the Cosmic Clock is in knowing what ones test are going to be. But there is an additional clock that should be noted. In astrology there is a period of time called the Prenatal Epoch. It runs from the point of conception to birth. The Cosmic Clock runs from birth but I would suggest that the other clock which I call the Mother-Buddha clock also continues to run throughout ones life. It guides one thru the periods of learning or accumulating knowledge to pass the test which are represented by the Cosmic Clock. In essence for a period of one quadrant of time one is given inner instruction on the laws according to the Mother/Crystal rays and then one begins the testing via Karma and initiations on the outer Cosmic Clock which I call the Father energies. In astrology the Ascendant ties to the Mother-Buddha clock which represents the development of Character and Will whereas the MC or Mid-heaven represents the Fate or Karmic initiations from the Father energy.

The Chart of the Mother-Buddha

Within the realm of life, the energies of Father and Mother flow. Most recognize and even comprehend the flow of energy from the Sun or the Father, but the Mother remains unknown to all but those who active seek her. The Mother shows herself all around us but to know her requires the stillness of the heart and body that few achieve. But to find Mother one must begin the search. There are many roadmaps available to her and none more prevalent that the Path of the Buddha which is known in the East. In the West it is the Path of the Father that most follow or the Path of the Trinity as it could be called.

In other writings I present the energy of the Father as the Trinity, the Triad, the energy of the 3rds or as some know it as the Golden Ratio. And I present the energy of the Mother as the elements of the cube or square root of 2. Each of these energies also correlates to the different forces of nature with the Father in the Electro/Magnetic force while the Mother is seen in the force of Gravity. It is only by the reaction of the Physical world to the Mothers force that she can be seen for it is that basic energy of physical creation. There are other forces of Nature that are yet unknown to man and those I leave to other generations to find.

In the East, the 5 Dhyani Buddhas represent the energy of the Mother. The energy of the Mother is encapsulated in the knowledge of the 5 secret or crystal rays. The term Crystal comes from the crystal atom from the Heart of Alpha that lives within the heart of each man. Each crystal is an exact replica of Alphas heart, but its growth is determined by the soul upon whom it is entrusted. The crystal controls the flow of energy in and out of the heart thru the realm of Father and back into the realm of Mother. It is the interchange point between the macrocosm and the microcosm. It is the Christ Self of each soul that lives.

 
5 Dhyani Buddha and Their Mandala
There are 5 Buddhas that hold the energies of the Mother within the circle of life. An illustration from The Summit Lighthouse shows the positions of the Dhyani Buddhas placed within their mandala.
The 5 Dhyani Buddhas:
1. Variochana- Purity of White
2. Ratnasambhava- Yellow
3. Amitabha – Pink
4. Amogahsiddhi - Green
5. Akshobhya – Blue

The 5 Secret or Crystal Rays
A few facts that are known about the crystal rays :
1. The rings of the five secret rays are found between the white-fire core and the yellow band of man’s Causal Body (Virtual Body).
2. The rings of the five secret rays are perpendicular (orthogonal) to the seven rays. Given this position the crystal rays are not seen when looking directly onto the Causal body.
3. The crystal rays relate to man’s latent divinity and are unrealized by most of mankind. The few Avatar’s who have undergone the initiation of Christhood can utilize them.
4. The crystal rays exist as potential in the Causal Body of Sons and Daughters of God. These rays are utilized in the process of creation.

The Mudra’s of the Elements
This mudra exemplifies the relationship between the 7 outer rays and the 5 crystal rays. The right hand (Father hand) is held in an upright-vertical circle position for the thumb and index finger while the left hand (Mother hand) is held in a horizontal circle position for the thumb and index finger. The right thumb and index finger tips are touching the left thumb and index finger tips forming a type of nexus point (Son). This position is usually called the dharmachakra “turning the wheel of law” mudra. There is a second mudra called the dharmachakra, but the position is with the right hand holding the index finger of the left hand representing “teaching” or “Wisdom”. Each of the elements has a specific mudra which is held by the Buddha of that element. These mudras should be incorporated into one’s meditations to assist in the flow of energy and comprehension of the thoughts of the meditation. A third mudra which can be formed in the “Om” is the “Wheel of Life which also forms a nexus between the right and left hands which is meant to hold the Son or Christ.

The 5 Crystal rays and 7 Outer Rays
Father Energy Chart – 7 Outer Rays
The chart is a standard astrological chart with the sign of Capricorn (a southern sign) placed at the top of the chart. The line it occupies is the 12 o’clock line and is South.
The key lines on the chart are the cardinal cross lines which have one instance of each of the 4 elements stationed at 12,3,6, and 9 o’clock lines.
On the 12 o’clock line is Capricorn which is the Earth sign of the cross, the 3 o’clock line is Aries which is the Fire sign of the cross, the 6 o’clock line which is the Water sign of the cross and the 9 o’clock line which is the Air sign of the cross.
When studying the flow of energy in the astrological chart time is usually began at the 12 o’clock line.

The flow of energy around the Father chart is from the 12 o’clock line down onto the 6 o’clock line then to the 3 o’clock line and ending at the 9 o’clock line. This progression thru the elements is found in Saint Germain’s book, “The Holy Trinosophia.” In this text, he explains the process of initiation which progresses through the Earth body, to the Water body, on to the Fire body and ending at the Air body. This is the series that is going to be used to develop the 8 petaled chakra of the Heart as well as adjusting some of the standard charts for the secret/crystal or Buddhic rays.
 
Mother Energy Chart
Study of the Dhyani Buddha chart, the relationship of the crystal rays and the 7 rays in a 90* angle position in the Causal body as well as the flow of energy from the Father to the Mother and thru the key elements and signs showed that the initial Dhyani Buddha mandala chart has an error in the placement of the Buddhas. Below is the adjusted mandala with the chart in the same orientation as the Father chart above for ease of illustration of the development of the petals of the Heart Chakra.
The Adjusted 5 Dhyani Buddhas Positions:
1. Variochana- Purity of White- Center
2. Ratnasambhava- Yellow- W
3. Amitabha – Pink -S
4. Amogahsiddhi – Green - N
5. Akshobhya – Blue- E

The change is twofold. The orientation of the chart is in relation to the Father chart which places Capricorn (a Southern sign) in the top position of the chart on the 12 o’clock line. As shown in the discussion above, the Mother crystal rays are orientated at a 90* angle to the Father rays. The flow of energy creates the Flower of the Heart chakra with its 8 petals. This adjusted position for the Buddhas in the mandala also correlates to the blending of the Yellow and Blue energies to create Green which is not present in the initial mandala.

OM- the Father/Mother energy link
The center of the charts above is the position of the “Om” of Vairochana and represents the link between the Father and Mother energies as the Crystal atom from the Heart of Alpha releases both Father and Mother energies. It is for this reason that the color is white as it relates to the White fire core which is present in both the Father and Mother energy patterns.

The Flow of Father-Mother energy
Using the structure of the Mother energy Chart as well as the standard Father energy chart allows the petals to be easily formed. The first element petal to form is the Earth petal which begins with energy flowing out from the center (‘Om’ position) up along the 12 o’clock line into the sign of Capricorn. The energy then flows back into the center of the chart (‘Om’)where it flows out the 9 o’clock line to the Mother earth ray position. It then flows back in to the center completing the Earth petal. This sequence is the “Om Ratnasambhava Tram” mantra. Combining this with calls to the Great Divine Director and the 7 Archangels gives full assistance for the mastery of the Earth element of both Father and Mother energies. This combining of energies represents the balancing of the (+) and (-) energies of the Earth element which must occur at the same time.

The second petal (Water energy) forms as the energy again flows outwards and down the 6 o’clock line of the Father into the sign of Cancer and the Water element. The energy then flows back into the center of the chart where it turns and flows out the 3 o’clock line to the Mother water ray position. It then returns to the center competing the Water petal.
 
This completes the first cross of the Father-Mother energies and four of the 8 Sacred Heart Petals.
 
The Second Cross
As the first cross above finishes, the energy continues moving through the Cardinal cross and the energy moves out the 3 o’clock line to the sign of Aries and the Fire element. It then moves back into the center of the wheel before turning upwards in the 12 o’clock direction and the Mothers Fire ray and then back into the center.

The final petals to form are the Air petals which begin with energy moving out the 9 o’clock line of Libra, back into the “Om” position and then down the 6 o’clock direction and the Mothers Air ray. The petals are finished with the return to the “Om” position in the center of the chart.
 
The Sacred Heart and the Petals
Filling in the petals of the Sacred Heart gives this as the relationship of each of the petals of the heart to their elements which form them.
This energy flow is the main quadrant flow of energy, but the same mental process can be seen when the 3-fold flame is incorporated into each element’s quadrant.
The key is that when using the crystal rays the energies of the Father will “color” the color of the crystal ray or elemental color.

Crystal ray colors: (anticipated)
8th ray: Pink + Blue = Magenta/Ruby in the lower right quadrant
9th ray: Green and Yellow = Turquoise or Chartreuse in the upper left quadrant
10th ray: Blue + Green = Aqua Blue in the lower left quadrant
11th ray: Yellow + Pink = Tangerine Peach in the upper right quadrant
12th ray: White or Golden Ray
The 3-Fold Flame of the Son
The necessity of balancing the Light of 3-fold flame within each of the Crystal rays is the basis for the crystal ray encompassing a whole quadrant of energy of the Father for one element of the Mother.

The Blending of all the elments to gether in a combined Mother-Father energy chart gives the following chart.
In studying this chart one begins to realzie that when one is passing thru the first quadrant of the Father chart which includes the signs of Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces one can see that the Mother-Crystal ray energies of the Earth ray are balancing the outward energy development of that quadrant. While passing thru this outer quadrant one would incorporate the “Om Ratnasambhava Tram” Earth ray mantra along with the inclusion of crystal ray Elohim, Archangels and Buddha for the Earth ray with the calls to the Ascended Masters on the 12-1-2 o’clock lines. One would also hold the varada mudra during meditation to increase the flow of Earth crystal ray energies.
One active meditative process would be to begin ones meditations with the Dharmachakra mudra as shown above followed by the varada mudra. If one is trying to increase the flow of the energy use the “Turning the Wheel of Life” dharmachakra mudra versus is one is trying to learn about the specific energies and understanding in that element one would use the “teaching” dharmachakra mudra.

One could also desire to wear crystals and metals that correspond to the Earth element, even down to cooking ones food in an alchemical process that supports the release of Earth energy from the food but that is a topic for another day.

The Measure of a Man
In the esoteric text one often discusses the measure of a man. What are our clues as to the true measure? There is the City Fore square (42) which is a City of God on Earth i.e. Man. Then the squaring of the 4 elements within the 4 lower bodies of man. It is this relationship which the combined Father-Mother energy chart represents. Within that chart are the 4 quadrants. Each quadrant contains the 3-Fold-Flame and one element of the mother. 3 of the quadrants contain only 3 types of energy as within those quadrants, one plume of the 3-fold flame is accentuated by the presence of that same energy in the Mother energy. Only in the quadrant of Mother Air energy are all 4 of the elements present. BUT and there always is one there is a deeper level of understanding to be had. In the 4th quadrant the Mother energy is green for the Air element. When it is understood that the color green of that element is comprised of the Yellow of the Earth and the Blue of the Water elements then one sees that the 4th quadrant is that quadrant where two of the Mother elements are strengthened i.e. the Yellow of the Earth and the Blue of the Water but in a combined form creating the new element of Air.
Chakra Placement
Heart: Vairochana – Essence of Buddha Nature, like the Sun
Left Foot: Akshobhya – taking a firm stance, commitment
Right Foot: Ratnasambhava – Compassion, step forward to protect, value all things
Right Hand: Amitabha – receiving the abundance
Left Hand: Amoghasiddhi – lending a hand is usually left offered to help someone
Applying the Secret-Crystal Rays
Knowledge is great but sometimes the hardest part is learning to apply it. As noted above one can use the names of the Heavenly Host in our calls, understand which energy is being given prominence in our day or time frame and utilizing those techniques such as mudras, Baja’s and other element related knowledge. But how can one begin to actively apply the secret rays? How can one being to see the secret rays in action? In my work as a stock market forecaster I have developed a few techniques which represent the Mothers energies in action.

The energy of the Mother is seen in the gravitational effects of the Moon on the Earth. Most try to use the Sun but miss the point that the Sun’s gravitational effect is near constant and at a consistent level. There is slight variation in the effect but overall, it is a scientific constant. But the effect of the Moon is a strong variable gravitational effect. It affects both the tides (Water) and the Earth’s crust (Earth). Learning to use these events will teach the student to watch the effects of the Mother. To see the effects of the gravitational effects of the Moon on the Air one can watch weather. To see its effects on Fire

The Mystery of the “Out of Sync”
When studying the above Father and Mother charts one should note that they are 90* out of sync with each other. The wise ones should ask, “Why is this so?”. For by asking one begins to delve deeper into the law that is working out and gather a greater understanding of the Natal chart and the key angles can be developed.
The mother energy begins at conception on the 12 o’clock line with the release of “fire” or “Hrih” energy. The standard 9 months of gestation is the time for the Mother energy to progress through the fire quadrants, water quadrant and the air quadrant into the line of the Earth quadrant at 9 o’clock. This is the position of the Mother energy at birth. At birth when the unseen is drawn out into the seen world, the Father energy begins at the 12 o’clock line and the Mother continues her path thru the last quadrant of the circle the Earth quadrant. One should note that the energy of the Father and the Mother are the same at this point in time. At this point both the Father energy and the Mother energy is directing the growth of the physical form i.e. the Earth energy and the Earth Father-Mother petals of the Sacred Heart of the Soul.
Study of the petal formations above will show that there is a 90* offset between the two energies. When the Mother “Earth” energy is being shown in the 4th quadrant then the Fathers “Wisdom” energy is being done in the 1st quadrant. In casting the Natal chart, one then realizes that the Ascendant represents the state of the Mother energy while the MC or Mid-heaven represents the state of the Father energy. To understand the test of the Mother at a point in time, direct off the Ascendant and to understand the test of the Father at a point in time direct off the MC of the Natal chart.
To work with these tests or understanding, one would call upon the correlative masters and energy to develop them when the knowledge is given by the Mother as time passes thru the quadrant of the Mother and then call to the associated Masters as the subject moves thru the energies from the Father on the outer levels. In essence, one is given the inner instruction of the knowledge by Mother before one is given the tests that relate to it by the returning karma from the energy of the Father.

In astrology is a period of time called the Prenatal Epoch which is that time between conception and birth. It is the period of development of the 4 lower bodies of man. When man is born his growth/development is not yet complete as the first 3 months of life is the passage thru the 4 quadrant of the Mother energy and the full development of the physical body.
 
The first 6 years
Study of the above charts should reveal that in the first 6 years or 6 signs of the outer energy from the 12 o’clock line to the 6 o’clock line, the soul is focused on the pure energies of Power/Will, Love, Illumination only. Here the soul is learning to integrate the energies together in their basic forms. There is no focus on the Earth energies save when it is blended from the pure energies of the 3-fold flame.
The next 6 years
Then at the age of 6 the child begins the journey through the Air or Truth (right and wrong) energies of the Mother while developing the Will/Water/Emotional energies of the Father. This helps the child develop the emotional body with the knowledge of right and wrong. Then at the age of 9 the child begins in the development of the physical energies of the Mother while developing the understanding of Truth applied. This is when the child is taught to not tell lies, to be physically balanced. Then when the child has returned to the 12 o’clock line at the age of 12 the development of the physical form begins in earnest into the next stage of physical form. At this time, the fire energies of the Mother are again released to help guide the child in the next revolution of the circle.

In all the work of the Teachings it is important to lay a foundation for its use by the students to help their travels on the path. Lets take the Mother-Buddha chart from the theory to its application.
When the chart is studied with the understanding that the energies of the different circles or rings of the chart interreact with the movement of energy then a type of application can be made. Here is another section of the Mother-Buddha chart writeup:

Clues to the Character of Life
Your Sun sign indicates those characteristics that you wish to reveal to the world. What will be the sign of your heart?
The heart represents that quality of the Son as it blends the energy of the Mother, Father and the 3-fold flame into a base essence of the Soul. The base essence can change with each incarnation as the Soul works to master the circle of Life but there is always a link to the inner heart quality that defines the scented essence of the Soul. So how do we determine what is that essence?
Let us use a simple formula to help build an idea of what each sign of the zodiac can mean using the Mother-Buddha chart:
1. What is the quality of the Mother? Blue Pink Yellow Green
2. What is the quality of the Father? Blue Pink Yellow Green
3. What is the quality of the Son (3-fold flame)? Blue Pink Yellow
4. IS there one of the qualities missing from the group? Blue Pink Yellow Green
Layers of the chart from inside out:
• Mother: Inner most circles of elements
• Father: Next ring of elements
• Son: ring of the 3-fold flames of the signs
• Holy Spirit: Outer most ring of the signs





Life Essence statement: Using this list of energies, fill in the following statement:
“My character is one of (Mother energy)_______________ while my karmic tests are those of ________________________(Father energy) as applied through (Son energy) _____________________. My missing quality is ______________________which represents that area that I have inherent mastery over or will need to support in my life.








As an example, I was born a Gemini and so by observing the Buddha chart it can be seen the there is a focus on the Will of the Mother, the Love of the Father, and the Illumination of the Son. Given these energies my Life essence statement reads:

“My character is one of the Will of the Mother and the emotional body while my karmic tests are those of Love of the Father as applied through Illumination. I have no missing qualities to consider but know that I must hold and enhance the mastery of each of these flames throughout my life. “

Blending the energies creates a greater depth of understanding of the character essence. In the sign of Gemini, when the Son’s energy of illumination is blended with the Mothers energy of Will the character of Truth appears while the Love of the Father blended with the Illumination of the Son gives the character of Peace and those test which strengthen it. Blending the elements of the Father with the elements of the Mother Will then the quality of Mercy (Violet) is what occurs when both are out pictured together. When being asked as to the quality I would desire of my Crystal heart I would ask for that of Peaceful Truth as Mercy. The Truth is a feature which has been dominate in my heart as I endured life and it is thru the test of Love that the quality of Peace was gained. Through all this my desire was to show Mercy to those who were in my life.
My story on each of these points. I attended Pallas Athena’s quarter at Summit University at an early age (16 and showing the Illumination goal of the Son), I graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine at the age of 22, raised 5 children (desire to create/Will of the Mother) who were always told, “you must always tell me the Truth no matter what” with the teaching that to lie brought on a greater discipline that telling the Truth first as that often negated the need for the discipline as it answered the simple question of “do you know what you did wrong?” I was a golden red head in my younger years with the volatile temper to match when I got upset. It did not occur often but when it did, I was known to explode. It was at that time that I would reveal the great truth that caused my upset which would often wound the recipient of that temper release truth. This would weigh on my heart as often I did not desire to hurt any with the Truth of what I saw. It was with time that the control over the temper was gained and a more Peaceful approach was garnered to express the Truth when it was broken, or Mercy required its telling. My life was spent healing others through my hands and understanding and in later life as the hands gave out, writing the Truths that had been gleaned through out my life experiences and by reading others works. In dictations by Hilarion and Paul, the Venetian we learn that those who desire the mastery of truth must wear the cape of Love while those who desire the mastery of Love must wear the other side of the same cape which is Truth. To express one quality, the Soul must master the other. Two sides of the same coin. To do other wise is to damage those to whom the truth is spoken or to mislead those to whom compassionate love is shown.
So, look to the energies of the Mother, the Father, and the Son and their blending to discover the inner qualities of the Crystal Heart and who you are.
