Words express your thoughts. Your thoughts build matrices on the invisible plane, a divine blueprint, that when charged with energy in motion (emotion) begin to spin and precipitate into the world of form. Thoughts that are positive joy, love, happiness for example create a clockwise spin and are the cause of precipitation in the material world. Thoughts that are negative, hate, depression, impatience for example create a counter clockwise spin and cause dissolution in the world of form. Another person viewing your lists can tune into your thoughts add their own spin to your thought forms. Depending on his/her frame of mind his/her energy often dissipates the energy you have put into your thought form. Therefore you have to start again from square one (the first square of the matrix) to rebuild and re-energize your thought forms. It's better to keep your lists private than to have to rebuild your thought forms again and again.

Also it is important to keep your thoughts positive or your negative emotions will begin to dissolve your world. Your car will break down. You health will deteriorate. Your money will evaporate when you engage in disharmony. It's very important to go have fun and relax periodically to keep a positive attitude.
