My feelings appear to be coming from a much deeper level as I am doing the daily cleansing with Ho"oponopono as compared to when I am using decrees, mantras and songs. They are unlike the more surface feelings I might experience on a day to day basis - with a real sadness and deep pain underlying them and it is as if it needs to be chiseled away at with each expression of "I love you, I am sorry, Please Forgive me, Thank-You!" until the sorrow and pain gradually dissipate.
