Hey Netflixer heartfriends. There are some amazing, informative documentaries available that would be well worth seeing. For your health, may I recommend two:

I just now finished seeing a fun documentary on organic farming. I actually had "Ingredients" in my queue for sometime and just now saw it. I thought it would be about the terrible stuff in our grocery store foods, but it was more about the organic side and was fun, informative, inspiring and made me hungry. Just passing this one on for any out there who are interested in organic foods or even possibly growing your own food. To your health!

Here's another awesome Netflix film, especially for those wanting to improve their health VERY easily. "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" is a 2010 film. Just loved this fun, heartwarming film, and I'm sure you will, too.

Use this one to fulfill your New Year's resolutions. You can do it! And these two neat guys in the documentary will inspire you to do so I'm sure.

Love you all, and Merry Christmas.
