In Omraam’s book,"Looking into the Invisible," Omraam refers to a Hindu diagram that depicts the six bodies of man, starting from the lowest and proceeding to the highest, the physical, astral and the mental bodies below the middle line and the causal, the Buddhic, and the Atmic body above the middle line. The entries above the middle line are the genius, the saint and the man of higher actions. To attain these higher levels we develop intuition, for the brain can only take us so far. Adapting an attitude of sacred respect is absolutely necessary. And expressing our irresistible love of all that is great and noble, all that is just and beautiful, and working with all our heart, mind and will to attain and achieve this, then all this will be to our greatest benefit. And how do I become truly perceptive and intuitive? The answer is to listen to others, understand and respect them, and if we can, love them as a member of our extended family.
Make an effort every day to rise to the level of our higher self, to identify with it, and from that level, being deeply rooted in heaven, gaze down on the universe. We see ourselves becoming aware of the vital link between our everyday behavior and the clearness of our vision. We are wise, reasonable, and attentive, and we begin this work within ourselves immediately, remembering that the foundation of all progress on the path is purity of thought, feelings and actions.
Beloved Cyclopea and Virginia assist us to meditate upon and develop a greater level of pure vision as shown in this opening excerpt, "Close your eyes and focus on the pure white light of your God Presence. See a ray of emerald light as a laser beam of pure, concentrated and brilliant energy radiating from the very center of your Causal Body, and descending into your third eye and charging it…" The beauty and love of the entire meditation is breathtaking, the purity, the intelligence, the blessing, the love and cherishment of God, and the acceptance that I am worthy! Feeling the love that God has felt for us and realize that all is good, all is God!
We have practiced conscious language, now we practice conscious seeing, co-creation and sacred activity… The inner eye is activated by stillness, along with a type of congruency as I surrender to my higher Self. I then see as God sees, perfectly, with divine wonderment and awe. As it is easier to conceive all immaculately in a purified field of light and to precipitate any pure desire, I must not forget to practice and to be constant! And remember that it is always our choice as to whether we focus on all that is good, benevolent and bright about every situation, person and thing, or to focus on the lesser, from a subjective point of view.
To conclude, I would like to emphasize two points to myself and the reader, I see myself sustaining a sense of gratitude for all that Omraam, Cyclopea, and to all that have contributed to my spiritual growth, and I see myself remembering and being constant and practicing, practicing, practicing, all the divine principals and directives given us thus far.
