Does anyone have experience normalizing high blood pressure naturally using natural remedies and or lifestyle upgrades?

I'm interested in any remedy and in particular would like to know if anyone has experience using Kombucha to lower blood pressure. I understand that Kombucha is similar to apple cider vinegar in it's health creating properties.

Elizabeth Clare Prophet recommended Daikon radish for keeping our circulatory system clean and healthy. You can marinate it in apple cider vinegar and use it as a garnish on salads.

The best herbal product I know of for lowering the blood pressure is Hawthorne Berry. It acts by dilating the major blood vessels so that the blood can flow more easily. There are several excellent products in health food stores (often combinations of herbs) that are very effective - especially if Hawthorne Berry is included.

    Hello

Look at herbal medicine used to hypertension is the garlic (can use dry bulb (in a pinch meal per day) tincture (40 to 50 drops three times daily) in oil (20-30 drops three or four times day) or dry (one tablet of 150 to 200mg twice a day.
    Also is used for hypertension
    Olive (leaf tea)
    Crataegus
    European Mistletoe
The best is to consult a professional who works with herbal or natural therapies.

    Greetings.
