Thanks for your posting here. I just wondered if you had checked out the solar gazing section on our website under Spiritual Practices - Sun Yoga. I found it helpful when I first started sun gazing.

I can identify with the way you describe how you breathe in the essence and then send it out as blessings in return! I often do it anytime I have an idle moment (ie) in a bank line up or waiting for a bus. I find I can now visualize the sun even when I am not outside and feel it's warmth also and this gives me the impetus to reciprocally send out the energy to bless others in return. Thanks again for reminding me of this little practice that has become automatic. I am grateful!

This is a reply as well as an answer to the question; "What is so special about the 6:00 am hour?" It is more than that the sun risiing at that time, I think it is also about the 6 o'clock line being the Mother Light, the Kundalini and ascension, of Light rising to the heart and to the crown. At this time we are one with the entire environment in which we live in receiving the Mother Light awakening our consciousness, heart and soul. As the Mother Light frequncy is "released" at this time we make the most of it by co-creating with it, as attention, in devotion, and awareness, and in this way we help to bring the Light of the 6:00 o'clock hour of the ascension more fully into the world and earth as a whole as well as in our selves.

Most points have been made and all so beautifully! When I walk in the morning into the sunrise I feel the joy of doing two important things at once, a Gemini's delight! Now that El Morya has told us the most important thing we can do to be able to hold more light is exercise, even more important than sungazing, I like to combine the two whenever possible. Sometimes I do it at sunset, and that is wonderful too, and has long been my favorite time of day to be outside.

Besides the Ayurvedic tradition that you should rise before 6 am to keep the light and moving energy of Vata (from 2 am to 6 am), it seems to be a time when it´s easier to commune with and access the energy of God. So I can use this time to go deep within and connect with God and my higher self to bring this energy and presence with me all day, to fully become who I AM. And by becoming who I AM, I will definitely bring great blessings to myself and the world! ;-)

I almost always get up before 6 o´clock to do my decrees, to connect to the divine. It is a pristine time early in the morning, and there is such stillness, even if the sun has not always risen. If I some time miss 06.00 the rest of the day is not perfect and my surroundings, my family and many I meet has a hard day. I try to not believe that their day depends on me, even if I have noticed it every time, so I now almost believe that my decrees early in the morning is a blessing both for me and my surroundings and perhaps for the world.

To rise before the dawn I can´t do in the summer, because dawn can be at 2,or 3 o´clock am, so any Victory angel is not possible then to have access to, as several also have said. The Victory Angel ought to come just before 6 o´clock in the morning instead, so wherever we live we can get access to the benefit of him/her. That we should request together? Wintertime it is easier for us in the north to go out before dawn to sungaze, but not for those in south Africa.
