As Clare de Lis relays to us in Heartstream #21- it is our soul's opportunity for self-transcendence just as Helios and Vesta appear over the horizon so is the potential for the rising of the Christ essence within our own being. Through our meditation, praise, prayers and songs and our oneness with our God in the sacredness of the "Now", we can be graced with a greater understanding of our purpose daily.
Before the world awakes with all it's noises I find I can easily be connected with My God, in nature, with birds singing and overlooking the beauty and abundance of our garden and sharing the first glimpses of the Sun with the elementals and the nature spirits. I feel as one with the Cosmos and all within it. It is such a beautiful feeling of peace and harmony and love. My Soul seems to thrive on this as a prerequisite to set the platform for my day. It gives me the impetus I require to be the most effective instrument for my Lord on any given day.

[Hmmm..I just submitted the following message, but an empty bo just came up asking for a message. So, here it is again. Anyone know what happened?]
Anyway.....Gembica, I agree with your view that 6am is an auspicious time, full of stillness and expectation, when the energies of Mankind enter the atmosphere and open us up to the Great Spirit.

Yes, Donna, I also love Omraam's stragegy of squiinting the eyes and drinking the Light of the Sun into my cells. It even helps when I imagine myself doing this at anytime; I am doing it right now. Join me.

Thanks for this beautiful sunrise image - it says it all and yes it is true in this case that a picture is worth 1000 words! I am grateful for your choice of this as an answer to this ?

My own view of the 6am hour is that, although it has the added feature of preceding the sunrise, any nighttime hour after midnight is sacred. There is alot of stillness all around us; the Sun's energies have completely settled; there is now a "Void" that we can enter and then find a portal into a the Deep Mystery of Life.
