I understand the dilemma of sungazing in Montana, Constance! I live in Bozeman and I have to sungaze by walking to a place where I can see the sun...sometimes it's just the light that I see but I can still participate in sungazing with only light rays visible. HRM said to also gaze at the sun's reflection in a lake or river(never salt water like the ocean).
Also, use El Morya's Sun meditation. Sometimes, I just use this meditation to invoke the Presence of the sun before me and do pranic breathing visualizing breathing the sun rays in and out and repeating the mantra the Master dictated to us. It's wonderful and as effective as actually sungazing. All the best! Pamela

6AM or even earlier is an auspicious time before the energies of mankind enter the atmosphere. It is a pure time of holiness, silence and stillness, an ideal time for meditation as well as sungazing.

I am understanding more and more how to align my being with the rhythms of nature-up at sunrise and to bed at sunset. Clare de Lis wrote, "...as each one partakes of food grown through his or her own efforts, as each one participates in the movement and influences of the sun, the stars, the planets and the moon, certain higher, inner impulses and insights are unlocked." "These are causative and instrumental in helping you to advance unto and through the personal metamorphosis known as enlightenment, as liberation, as the ascension."

What is so special about the 6:00 am hour?
According to the 21st heartstream, at the six o’clock hour each morning we have the great God-benefit of allowing the rising of that Mother light within us through our devotions. With the rising sun and the presence of Helois and Vesta we have the potential of the rising of our own Christ potential
The six am hour is obviously an arbitrary time, since the sunrise time changes daily throughout the year and in my area ranges from 4:45 am to 7:15. Last July, Victory gave us a dawn angel to be with us if we were up by dawn each morning, which is about a half hour before sunrise. This gift gives us the impetus to be up before Helois and Vesta smile at us as they emerge over the eastern horizon. One of my (many) assignments is to give the I Am the Sun decree every day through the end of the year. They give us so much it is good for me to give back.
If our goal is oneness with God, with pure motives and through our morning services with prayers, meditations, devotions and songs, we have the opportunity for to bring forth light and blessings not only for ourselves but also for the world. Collectively, our energies are multiplied by our numbers, so we can do much more together than we can individually to raise the earth and to help the sons and daughters of God.
After talking to Cheryl at the LA event, another thing I started doing is solar gazing. I don’t know how everyone else does it, but I make it a practice to breath in the essence of the sun and all the rays and send the energy out to bless the world.

Re: the specialness of 6:00 am and how to use this time to bring great blessings to my world personally and collectively, I learned a great idea from master Omraam.

It seems like the 6 am statement is likely to mean the hour of the sunrise, whatever it is. However, it is easy to fall into the habit of just barely getting up before the sunrise and that appears to be a little bit later each day. I am trying to stick to rising before 6 am anyway, sun or no sun. I have a little routine of exercises, mantras, song and loving adoration that I kinda stick to so I don't get distracted. BUT the neatest experience I learned was from an Omraam book. It is to squint the eyes a little, until I see great streams of light coming from the sun. I imagine them as straws and then suck the light right through them into my cells. It is like having a drink of water when you are really thirsty. Then it seems easy to send the LIGHT back (thru the straws of my fingers)to bless ALL souls who will receive and honor it, assuring them that I love them and am grateful for them.

Yes, Gembica, I agree about the 6 o'clock hour, or even the exact moment of 6am, being auspicious, inviting the energies of mankind, presenting moments of stillness and expectation. A perfect time to meditate or chant or do sacred yoga.
