Hi all, I highly recommend going gluten free. It will help your digestion and your brain. In my experience, and Alan as well, gluten causes depression! the gut health affects the brain. I am thrilled that Washington State was able to successfully pass the Bill forcing food manufacturers to disclose what Genetically Modified Food/chemicals They sell to us. Also that Pepsi and Coke were exposed for hiding their names as they supported the Monsanto monster in contributions. Congratulations to those hard campaign workers for the work they did in educating the Public.
