Question 4: Which of the spiritual disciplines gives you the most joy and which do you find most difficult. Why?

I am a doer: I enjoy engaging in physical, mental, emotional and spiritual work. I love a challenge on all those levels and to overcome obstacles that get in my way. I enjoy creating things and seeing the results of those creations.

I am silent, listening and knowing that I am God: It is difficult for me at times to be silent. This is why I choose to work on this quality/discipline during this course. I am a person of action and find it difficult to be silent especially when I see what I perceive as injustice. It is easer for me to listen than to be silent and I often receive intuitive messages. However, I always think I can listen with more care and receive more information and that’s why I choose to work on listening.

Which of the Spiritual Disciplines gives you the most joy and which do you find most difficult? Why?

Learning and hearing the teachings of the Ascended Masters gives me such joy and then attempting to implement these teachings as best as I can into my life, my consciousness, my every thought. I love to decree, pray and sing praises to God, to Beloved Alpha and Omega and the Host of the Lord. These practices allow me to feel a part of the Divine World.

The most difficult discipline for me is meditating. It continues to allude me. I continue to try and it does not happen for me. I use to try so hard. Now I give it what I can and when it doesn't manifest, I move on and commit to give it a go at another time.

All the disciplines sounds pretty much like heaven to me! It´s basically everything I´ve wanted for so many years. To be able to fit all of them into my life would be a dream come true, and a great support for my journey back to God.
The ones who would give me the most joy is singing, praying, exercising, hiking in the mountains (I really long for that!), conversations with the masters and of course, most of all, to experience the fellowship in a community and brotherhood that you feel deeply connected to.
And at the same time, the most difficult part would be just that; to live in a brotherhood, since there most likely will be people who pushes my buttons and forces me to work on my less desireable qualities.
And this contradiction is the best part of it all; that to get what I desire the most, I automatically work on my remaining lessons in life!

    My answer on question 4

My highest joy is to teach about the Masters and their teachings because I then am overshadowed by the Masters, and also both looking at, and walking in, the mountains feeling the pristine air, the clean water streaming and the Presence there.

The highest joy I am seeking is to join/start a living spiritual heartcenter selfsustainable community based on love, joy and harmony.

The hardest of these 12 practicies is probably the paneurythmhy because I have not tried it, all the others I already do.

I enjoy almost all of the 12 disciplines to a degree, especially exertions in the mountains, although I have yet to do the exact "motion exercises." I like movement a lot so I think these would be one of my top chioces. Also, The Word and Darshan and sunrise especially when it works in to my schedule. "ha ha".

The least favorite would be communal living unfortunately, because I am used to "my space" and schedule.
