If anyone tried the wheat diet and would like to talk about your experiences, I will give you an opportunity during tomorrow's class. You can also post your experiences in this thread.

    Thanks,

As part of this class, I chose to do the wheat diet rationalizing I could do as many days as I wished.
When shopping for my groceries, I picked the biggest apples -- just in case.

My experience of the wheat diet was very wonderful. Daily I enjoyed every meal, feeling fully
satisfied with the energy required to do my daily tasks. I had no cravings or temptations.
My sister was at my house for a couple of days and was very apologetic for eating in front of me.
It had absolutely no effect. I felt great. This is the easiest diet I have been on.

My question Wayne, is whether it is recommended to repeat this diet from time to time as I would
    choose to do so.

I loved the wheat diet. It was easy compared to fasting on water or juice. It seemed like the perfect balance of a grain, a nut and a fruit, all of which have a unique, living consciousness. They are nourishing, nutritious and filling enough to provide energy and harmony when eaten as the Master recommended with ample chewing. My sense of taste became much more rarified while chewing as I meditated upon the life-energy within the food. It was fun to consciouly bless the trees and plants that provided me with their vital force to sustain me throughout the day.
I was considering whether it would be nice to add a living, green plant to this equation when it came to me that the wheat in its ripe state IS green and alive and the walnut and apple trees are also at their peak as their nuts and fruit are developing and ripening.
I thank the Master Peter Deunov for conceiving of this diet and for Wayne for recommending it to us. Praise God!

The instructions for the Wheat Diet specify February or late January for doing it. But I did it in March last year with good results. Ardella said it could be done any time of the year, but it's best in February. However, it should be done between the full moon and the new moon.

One thing that is interesting about the three ingredients of the diet is that they nourish our three centers due to their following the law of correspondence. The law of correspondence is a principal of herbology that states that a plant heals or nourished the part of the body that it resembles. Walnuts resemble the brain, so they nourish our intellect. Apples resemble the heart, so they nourish our emotions. Wheat grains resembles male and female sexual parts, so they nourish our life force.

I have a question brothers and sisters.

What Wheat is best to be used for the diet? I just bought Organic heart wheat kernels.
    Would that work?

Thanks so much for your response
