The handout describing Peter Deunov's Wheat Diet is on the course page in the Resources box. Remember, this is an optional assignment. And I would advise anyone with a health condition such as diabetes to first consult with their doctor before trying it. If you want to do it, begin no later than Wednesday, April 23rd so you can finish before the new moon on the 2nd. Wayne

So if we do this diet later on down the road, we need to start close to the full moon?

Yes, It should begin after the full moon and end before the new moon. In other words, during the waning of the moon. Wayne
