    Jesus taught meditation when he said: "...Think on these things." I was led to a website quoting the Bible (http://www.vietnamvisions.net/jesus.html) and it has a statue of Jesus meditating.
    “The bible mentions meditation often, and answers the question as to what should be a focus of meditation: ‘Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things’ (Philippians 4:8, KJV).”
    What do you "think on" when you meditate?
