    The Masters are excited and pleased with the progress of IHCC. Even 'tho one is not living in a certain country One may study their issues and make one pointed Calls for that country. We have a Broadcast 1x a month. We desire to cover from Germany and continue East and South. I think it works more powerfully if that one can speak the language of that country and then also follow in English. Example, state an issue in Poland speaking Polish, translate into English so that people on the broadcast know what the issue is. Then choose which decrees seem appropriate. Then we all decree together with the focus on that issue. We are working on raising the consciousness of the Planet and to bring in LIGHT.
    There are specific directions and help. We use SKYPE
