Hi Wayne, thanks. I guess i am going to practice all of these ways. An interesting note. Since I have had the Cataract Surgery. The gas flame on my stove is a real blue. I dont see any yellow within the flame. I have
looked at a candle and it is the normal lookk Yelow/gold
top 2/3,blue on bottom/c

I didn't know you had cataract surgery. HRM advises people who have had eye surgery to wait three months before sungazing. If it has been less than that, don't be concerned; it's just a precaution.
