I woke up this morning with a simple technique that combines accupressure and color therapy for stimulating the glands in the head and the upper chakras for greater health of body and mind and greater wealth. I learned from HRM years ago a technique of massaging the right thumb with the right index finger. He said that monks East and West do this when they recite prayers or mantras with mala beads or rosary beads. This stimulates the pineal gland and other glands in the head associated with the third eye and develops spiritual vision and intuition as well as health. But this morning I woke up with the thought of doing it with a gold coin between the thumb and index finger. If you don't have a gold coin, use a gold ring. In this way, you would add the color therapy effects of gold. If the ring has a gem, you would add the color therapy effects of the gem also. This is what I found at a couple of color therapy sites:

It can also awaken renewed enthusiasm. Gold is also believed to improve libido, especially in women. Gold also harmonizes the mind and affect the endocrine systems.
