This is what came to me after reading the daily meditation:

"When you will hosting an important guest, you make sure your house is in order: you clean it inside and out, you prepare the guest room, and you place a bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. In the same way, when we prepare to receive the morning sun, we make sure our inner house is in order: we tidy up our thoughts and emotions, we dress ourselves with the luminous thoughts of the daily meditation, and we place on the altar of our hearts a fragrant bouquet of our love and gratitude, and invite the sun to enter in."

Thankyou Wayne for all of the beautiful happy and thoughtful daily sun meditations. I enjoyed october 3rds... the one drop of rain being a shower, made me laugh. I appreciate the wisdom and the reflection, you recieve from the SUN. It is somtimes rainy were i live and so I have used visualization and imagination in my solar gazing thanks to the advice given on the hand out as well as the posts on the forum-autumn

    Autumn,

It's nice that you and others enjoy reading my meditations, but it would be wonderful if everyone experienced receiving seed thoughts from the sun and master Omraam, watched them grow and blossom, and shared the fruits of their meditation on the forum. So far, I am the only one who is doing this, and I know other people can experience this connection with Master Omraam. It just takes reading the daily meditation out loud, gazing at Master Omraam's picture, and asking him to inspire you. Also, silence and stillness of the body, except for the pranayama (which actually increases stillness), is important before and during sungazing.
