Wayne do you know someone who has experience gazing using a polished rock? can you put me in touch with that person if you do? Tom

Tom, I don't know of anyone who does it regularly, but I have done it myself on occasion with obsidian. Go to any new age store and ask for a scrying mirror made with obsidian. Gazing at the sun's reflection in polished obsidian or in pure water is good if you can't sungaze at sunrise, but don't do it around noon. Wayne
