I prefer distilled water to drink because most purified water comes from a faucet and, as I understand, contains fluoride. The sun-charged water handout says to use purified water and not distilled water for solar charge. Why not?

Steve, HRM says you can use purified, distilled, or tap water. Some people don't drink tap water and other people think distilled water is devitalized water. It could be that sunlight purifies tap water and revitalizes distilled water. I say purified water because that's what I use. But you can use distilled water if you like.

Whatever water you use, be sure to imprint it with qualities you require. For example, I have a 2-gallon apothecary jar that has LOVE, WISDOM, and STRENGTH printed on the outside in magic marker. Dr. Masura Emoto demonstrated that water thus imprinted became pure and formed beautiful crystals. We can also ask for these qualities of the sun when we sungaze. Master Omraam called it spiritual grafting.

Dr.Vasant Lad gave us a recipe for making gold-medicated water in his book "Ayurveda-The Science of Self-Healing" on page 143. Here is the recipe: Purified gold is turned into ash by burning it in a fire. The energy of gold also may be harnessed, through the use of gold medicated water. To prepare such water, place a golden ornament, no stones,(I use a gold coin left over from the shelter cycle) into 2 glasses (or cups) of water and boil until half of the water has evaporated. The electronic energy of the gold will enter the water during this process. One teaspoon of this water may be taken two to three times a day. Gold water will energize the heart causing a feeble pulse to become strong. It also will improve memory, intelligence and comprehension and stimulate awakening awareness. Gold has hot prperties and therefore, should be used cautiously if one has a "pita" constitution. Some people will not tolerate gold and may break out into a rash, if gold is applied.

Thanks. I'll have to try that. One other thing you can do with a pure gold or silver coin is place it on your forehead while sungazing. There is a technique of sungazing called Sutyayog taught by Suryaji that has practitioner place a silver coin on their foreheads while sungazing. This is supposed to enhance the experience and I imagine a gold coin would do it even more. But HRM doesn't think much of using coins and crystals to enhance sungazing. He does recommend putting crystals in sun-charged water, but I never heard him say anything about putting gold in it.

I class 5 I will be talking about white-powdered gold, which is precipitated gold from the sun. People manufacture it using alchemical techniques, but it's expensive. I think the body produces it when you sungaze and sunbathe, and it's found in organic food, pure spring or dew water, and fresh mountain air. It is better than Ayurvedic metallic gold remedies.
