I generally workout at the YMCA, and two of the nights I teach a class. I have been stepping outside before I teach to solar gaze.. and i noticed a difference in how I feel towards others , more open, the light is shinning out from my eyes and face to the people i see.I noticed after I solar gaze for 30 seconds wich is the time I am gazing for right now, that children and babies are more aware of my "Sunny" presence and respond.-thankyou Wayne David and the masters for this classautumn

Autumn, It's great to hear your positive experiences and that people are noticing a brightening of your aura. Speaking of young children and babies, they are too young to sungaze, but if you hold them while sungazing, they will experience the same benefits. Holding hands with another adult while sungazing can increase harmony between you. Wayne
