Wayne, a note on sungazing for HF's with eyesight 'problems' I am up to 25mins now with direct sungazing. I always wear 'pinhole'glasses. I have a diagnosis of a ripening cataract in my LT. eye and a diagnosis of Macula Degeneration for which i have had Laser treatment in my RT eye. I see just fine but wear glasses for reading and closeup work. I feel that the sungazeing has helped my vision and the next time i see the eye dr. I will let us all know what he says. I do not use drops but take a lot of antioxidents.Constance

Yes antioxidants are very important for macular degeneration. HRM says sun-charged water is the most powerful antioxidants and that besides drinking and cooking with it we can use it as eye drops. Keep us posted.
