It was at the end of the shift at the factory where I worked. I went to the assembly line
supervisor's office to do some paper work. I saw Dave, the supervisor, slumped over
his desk, his arms around his head. I thought that he was not feeling well. I gently put
my hand on his shoulder and asked him if he was all right. He said " I had a terrible day
today. I did not meet the production schedule. And so many other things went wrong ."
I could see that he was feeling depressed. I said to him " Dave, I know that you had a bad
day today. You could not get your production, because you had people off. Those things
that went wrong were beyond your control. You did the best you could, considering the
circumstances. No one else could have done better. " Then, I left his office. A few minutes
later, I was in the main office making copies. I saw Dave coming into the office. He was
singing Amazing Grace " I once was lost, and now am found " I smiled, and I thanked
    God and the Angels ....!

Yves, that is a wonderful story! thank your beautiful soul heart for publishing this. goes to show what great and simple changes can manifest when a tender heart reaches out to others caught up in a doubtful spiral. I was very touched that you could reach out like that in such a mundane environment. many blessings to you.
