As I was listening to the broadcast this morning, I got an idea! With all the magnificient changes taking place, daily; I thought it would be great to have a HeartsCenter Yearbook. Just like in HighSchool. What I visualized was a booklet with the HeartsCenter logo and YearBook and the year on the front cover. The pages would be blank. This little yearbook could be for personal musings or revelations, and experiences related to the HeartsCenter movement and it's many beautiful souls, it could also be brought to the different events and, just like HighSchool, you could have HeartFriends sign it, whether you know them or not. It would be a great icebreaker, especially for extremely shy people like myself. During intermissions, we could go around and have new and old friends share whatever touches their heart, for their signing. At times, it could be turned into a game, how many sharings, signings can you get! Anywho! I am regressing!!
The YearBook would morph over time. HeartsFriends would buy the booklet each year, and it would be a momento for ages to come, and we could see how so many wonderful changes have transpired. We could have some of the famous HeartsCenter Master Rappers, autographing our YearBooks...So Cooool!!! Pictures from events, conferences, pilgrimages would be so nice to look back at as the YearBook evolves!
I can see it know. And like any YearBook, we could have our Most......for the year!

You know, it could be actually a "year" book - we'd put our highlights and whatever from each class, event or 'ah ha' moment

This is wonderful and I would love to share the moments and memories that we have as a spiritual family. It would be part of fulfilling and leaving our legacy for those to come. I also love the idea of having a group/individual picture to remember each and every one of our heart friends and for visualizing with our prayers and decrees for one another. This idea sounds very AM inspired. Let me know if I can be helpful with this. Thank you, Susan Jakab

Thank you Beloved Ladies from Heaven. We'll have to see if it is something the HeartsCenter would be interested in.

I had a similar idea that same morning-an HC Cookbook: "Cooking with Light." Everyone could enter favorite healthy recipes and healthy living tips. They could also include a picture or pictures of the recipe or health item and or a picture of themselves. Once we compile a bunch of recipes it could be turned into a cookbook. I made one of these for my family using the free BLURB book making website. Here's a link to it: http://www.blurb.com/bookstore/detail/125306 [All 26 family members contributed at least 1 favorite recipe. I even have scanned in recipes from passed on grandparents. I included pictures of the food and or the family member(s). Lots of us use it regularly when cooking.]

I can also see Heartfriends sharing their favorite recipes from pilgrimages all over the world. This would give it an international flair. It would also be great to include favorite recipes used at Heart Center events. (This would be helpful to refer to when helping with an event!) I see Heartfriends worldwide sharing their favorite recipes from their cultures. How about Swedish pancakes with a spin of crystal light? or Refried beans with a touch of Holy Spirit? Patricia Carlson's delightful Stelle Stellar desserts!

I'm ready for this new cookbook filled with recipes full of light! What greater way to make a healthy cookbook than to have many Heartfriends contribute their own special ALCHEMYS?! I can see sections on ELIXIRS, raw food, macrobiotic favorites, sprouting techniques, rejuvalac, vegetarian entrees, wheat-free breads, healthy eating tips, natural remedies from the kitchen, living water how-tos, gardening tips and more.

"Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food." -Hippocrates

If there is interest in this I'll be willing to put it together in a book. We could begin by having a section on the forum where friends may post recipes and photos. If friends happen to post many recipes and tips that's OK too!! (My mother contributed many of the recipes in our family cookbook.) After we get 75 or more entries I can put together the book. We can then have the proceeds go to the the Hearts Center! The books can be published inexpensively on BLURB in black and white $5-$25 depending on size and length and in full color $35-$70 both types without mark-up. The books are really easy to order on Blurb. If the cookbook is a hit we could publish and sell them in a more lucrative way.

Here's the cover of my family cookbook. I used my daughter's artwork for the cover and sections. We could use beautiful original ascended master artwork or photos for "Cooking with Light".

I love the cookbook idea, it is something that I need in my life, I have only recently begun to think about what I am putting in my mouth and would love to have the information on sprouting techniques and healthy recipes! It would give me a wealth of ideas that I can pick and choose that harmonize with my personal desires and requirements. I have recently started experimenting with my own elixir and am enjoying this very much!

Can we create a "Cooking with Light" forum section?
